George Lucas sells Lucasfilm to Disney

"Walt Disney Co said it is paying $US4.5 billion in cash and stock for Lucasfilm, the company that produced "Star Wars" and it's many sequels and prequels, and added that three new films will join the lucrative franchise, starting in 2015."

This totally blew my mind. I almost fell of the chair when I read it and at first I was devastated. But then I started thinking and came to the conclusion that it might not be so bad after all. George Lucas is the God of Gods, but we have to be honest with ourselves: He's not the George Lucas he used to be. And Disney isn't just a children-movie producing company after all. They made the Pirates of the Carribean movies which, in my opinion, are good and well made movies. But it still makes me nervous that they're gonna make 3 new movies. So... if any of my fellow Star Wars fans reads this, what's your opinion about it?
